beer and leather = hops and hides
two things i thoroughly enjoy and want to enjoy with others. after going to a wine and paint class i got to thinking, and i thought “i could put on a class where i can teach people the basics of leather craft and have a few beers in the process”.
So I have decided to try and put on a work shop. i love leather crafting and i wanted to show others a bit about tooling leather and making an item. for the first go, my girlfriend Nicole and i am going to show 4-6 friends how to make a valet tray. We will be beveling edges, stamping, attaching snaps, dyeing, applying a finish and working with all manner of leather craft tools.
I will be posting pictures from the valet tray work shop after we hold the event.
